Community of Practice – Human Resources

The Human Resources Community of practice meets to share ideas and best practices about wellness and welfare of employees in eye hospitals worldwide.

For this session, the CoP will be led by our former CoP HR Lead, Jos Hubers, who will take over from our current CoP lead, Sue Steen, Chief People Officer at Moorfields Eye Hospital NHS Foundation Trust (London, United Kingdom). G. Krishnaveni and Deepa Ramamoorthy from Aravind Eye Hospital, will share Aravind’s experiences with their Well-Being Program.
