WAEH 2019 meeting
  1. Update programme and social programme
    • 5 – 8 June – Moorfields London 
    • 9 June – travel day 
    • 10 June / 11 June  -Visits to Manchester Eye Hospital / Royal Devon (to be confirmed] 
    • If board members would like to visit other eye hospitals in Europe,
      please let Maaike know before the end of January 2019

  3. Extra: fundraising meeting on Wednesday morning June 5 – delegates can register via
    the registration form  – maximum of 40 delegates
  4. Call for Abstracts: open now
  5. Call for Registrations: open now
    • Please note the difference this year: the payment system has been
      implemented and delegates have to immediately pay the fee after registration 
  6. Sponsor packages
    • In close cooperation with the Moorfields team (Fiona and Jennifer)
      a sponsor packages document has been developed.
    • This document has now been sent to:
      1. Allergan 
      2. Deepmind
      3. In the upcoming month Maaike and the Moorfields team will send this document
        also to other potential sponsors
      4. If the board knows interesting organisations that would be interested to meet
        47 eyehospitals from all over the world,
        please connect them to Maaike via a personal email
