The board of the WAEH welcomes the Cao Thang International Eye Hospital in Vietnam as a new associate member.

The CT International Eye Hospital is one of the few dedicated, comprehensive eye institutes in Vietnam. It’s internationally recognized staff diagnoses and treats the entire spectrum of conditions of the eye, including complex problems such as diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachments, macular degeneration, glaucoma and cataracts.

Each year, the physicians see more than 50,000 patients and perform more than 5,000 surgeries—volumes among the highest in the nation. Care is delivered, all in one convenient location, in a state-of-the-art building that demonstrates their commitment to putting patients first.

The World Association of Eye Hospitals is a world wide network of eye hospitals and is happy to welcome the Coa Thang International Hospital as one of it’s members. All member-hospitals are “centres of excellence” in the area of ophthalmology and focus on delivering the best and most safe ophthalmic care.
