WAEH | Questionnaire Clinician Burnout

July 22, 2020

A happy and healthy workplace – developing a global best practice to prevent (clinician) burnout

The WAEH project ‘Clinician Burn Out’ lead by The Rotterdam Eye Hospital focuses on sharing knowledge and experience about Clinician Burn Out between WAEH member eyehospitals worldwide, to develop a global best practice based on local solutions and to create an active global community of practice about the development of a happy, healthy working environment.

Via the questionnaire we would like to collect information about the extent of the problem and to obtain information about possible successful interventions in your eyehospital. You can find the questionnaire here:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/XRJQKSB.

If you have any questions, feel free to send an email to: Jos Hubers,  and Maaike van Zuilen, WAEH –
