WAEH Webinar – What is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on our people?

Employees working in eyehospitals worldwide increasingly experience work pressure and an imbalance between work and private life. This can lead to an increase in psychological work-related absenteeism. And the absence can manifest itself in burnout complaints and sometimes even depression. Jos Hubers, HR-manager from The Rotterdam Eye Hospital, is running the WAEH project Clinician Burn Out and will – together with other members of the WAEH – investigate the factors that influence the vitality of people working in eyehospitals worldwide and share lessons learned about interventions. Please share your thoughts about the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on people working in eyehospitals worldwide!
