This course will help you apply a structured and scientific approach to training. This course is for you if you want to improve the effectiveness of your training programme – to truly empower your learners to be prepared to contribute meaningfully in the clinic or in the field.

This course has helped teams to improve various aspects of training – ranging from setting up a training course from scratch, to strengthening training administration, to improved assessment methods.

This is a team-training course. Institutions are expected to nominate a team: two to three participants representing the training director, training coordinator, and lead faculty. Ideal applications will include all three. Over the past 14 years, 543 participants from 205 institutions across 25 countries have participated in Eyexcel.
