This is a meet up via zoom of one hour in which we share ideas, brainstorm about any topics related to Human Resources – From Volunteer to Career, Employment model(s) in ophthalmology, Task differentiation and Burn out prevention. Members: Human Resources professionals working in eye hospitals worldwide. Please note that your eye hospital must be a member of the WAEH to join this Community of Practice.
